Cable car back in operation!
PANORAMIC RIDE
The cable car Žekovec is the longest gondola lift in Slovenia, covering almost 1,000 metres of altitude in just eight minutes.
On the 3,265-metre-long panoramic ride, you’ll enjoy beautiful views of the Savinja Valley and the surrounding mountains. The top station of the cable car is located at 1,410 metres above sea level, at the reception of the Hotel Montis.
The price of the ski pass includes a return ride on the cable car.
Location
and parking
The lower cable car station in Žekovec can be reached after just a 20-minute drive from the Šentrupert motorway exit in the direction of Mozirje. There is parking for cars, buses and camper vans.
